What is TEL3?
TEL3 is a service that provides unprecedented low international and domestic calling rates. TEL3 uses ANI (Caller-ID) recognition so users do not have to enter a PIN each time they make long calls from their Instant Access numbers.
How do I sign up for TEL3?
The easiest and most convenient way is via our website (www.tel3.com). If you need additional assistance or do not have Internet access, you may sign up over the phone by calling the TEL3 Sales Department at 1-888-333-8353, between 9am and 12am EST, 7 days a week.
Are there any contracts?
No, there are no contracts. TEL3 is a prepaid service, so you pay for what you’re going to use.
How good is the connection?
We have a technical department that is always working to maintain the quality of our service.
Why is TEL3 so cheap?
TEL3 is a facilities based telecommunications company that takes great pride in its innovative long distance services. Through an optimal utilization of our own proprietary network infrastructure we are able to provide the lowest long distance rates in the market.
What is the difference between a Phone card and TEL3’s Service?
Unlike phone cards that advertise misleading low rates, our rates are clean, with no additional hidden fees or taxes. Consumers should realize that in most cases calling cards have numerous hidden fees and the minutes promised are received only for one continuous call.
Consumers should also keep in mind that most calling cards require you to enter a PIN for every call. This is particularly inconvenient if the user is on the go or misplaces their calling card. TEL3 is the only prepaid calling service that remembers the users phone numbers and does not require you to enter a PIN. Plus, TEL3 is a one-time purchase, as opposed to buying a new phone card every time one runs out.
Can I use the TEL3 service when I’m sending a local or long distance fax?
No. Unfortunately TEL3 service does not support or guarantee any fax delivery at this point.
